Once Upon A Time…



Jim Whittaker opened up The Sample Rack in 2007 with the idea to rescue beautiful sample wedding dresses and bring them to the brides of Philadelphia. The shop’s first location was tucked away on the 3rd floor of a restaurant and remained the best kept secret for a couple years until too many brides found out. The Sample Rack then relocated to its beautiful home on Pine Street.
